Strolling Around East Humber Bay Park

Today was a beautiful day so instead of hitting the gym, Teena and I decided to head over to East Humber Bay Park for a walk.

Toronto is called a City within a Park but this park juts out into Humber Bay with a great view of the city. It was one of KC's favorite places to go for a walk and it was the first time we have gone back since she passed away.

We were there back in January with our snowshoes. We determined then it is a great place for a walk anytime of the year but too well looked after to go snowshoeing.

It was a warm day and it wasn't 'til we hit the west side of the point that we caught a breeze. It was a fun afternoon best told in pictures.

Once upon a time, way back in the late 60s, these two buildings were built. It seemed at this time that they were in the middle of nowhere.

Now the area is known as condo land.

There are different kinds of birds in the area.

I love the great views of Toronto from this park.

Teena had a chance to use her new camera.

And finally some other shots of the park.
