A couple of weeks ago Teena and I hit the Old Credit Brewery in Port Credit. I picked up all three of their brews to try and started with their Pale Pilsner.
Tonight I cracked the Old credit Amber Ale. It did poor with a dark amber colour, with a nice lasting head. It is a very malty beer with little evidence of hops, which likely are present and balancing the sweetness of the malt. It does have a full taste and lingering finish.
All in all, it is an enjoyable beer, but not one for those who are hop heads. It is one that I would not hesitate to have again.
