KC passed away in the Spring of 2011. For a memorial, Teena had a tree planted in Trinity Bellwoods Park, which was one of KC's favorite places to visit. The tree was plated last fall and, of course, Teena and I stop by when we are around the park.
The colours of fall started to change really fast so we headed over today hoping that the leaves haven't already turned and fallen. We need not have worried. KC's tree is still very green and there are some great fall colours around it.
We'll be back next week as we feel the leaves should have turned by then.
