Bottle Shock

Based on a true story of love, victory and fermentation. The story of the early days of California wine making featuring the now infamous, blind Paris wine tasting of 1976 that has come to be known as "Judgment of Paris."

I think this is a great, enjoyable movie. There are a lot of familiar names in this. Chris Pine is now listed as the star due to his subsequent excellently portrayal as Captain Kirk in the last Star Trek movie, but it really is an ensemble piece. I think Alan Rickman was great in this, as was Bill Pullman, who is looking old.

This is a movie that in the future I will watch as much as Sideways.

4 stars out of 5. Would have been higher except for that dumb love story.

I watched it last year and found it boring ... interesting that you liked it as we usually have the same taste in movies.
