Last weekend I spent 4 days in Dallas eating out in restaurants, Wednesday was my birthday, where once again I was out and about not watching or caring about how healthy I ate, and yesterday was yet another day off at home where I had some Pad Thai, where one meal uses up 80% of my daily Weight Watcher points.
So naturally the scale this morning reacted in horror and disdain. I gained 2.8 pounds in the course of the week. Now, though. I have my starting point for Phase 2 of the program. Lose an average of 1 pound every week 'til I hit my goal weight.
So it's 17 pounds in 17 weeks. Good enough to have me hit 200 by July 30th. Yes, vacation time and long weekends are in there. Still I know it can be done.
It will be done.
