The Drive for 205 - Week 3

Excuses?!

OK a three day long week-end and free tickets to the Raptors game on Thursday night. Did I say it was in a box. Did I say there was free food and free drinks. This is life though and I'm not on a diet anyways but a life style change.

On the plus side I did get 6.5 hours of exercise.

I wrote this before I weighed in. Time to go step on the scale.
