The Drive for 205 - Week 2

This week I did not greet the scale with excitement.

I was in a fencing tournament last Saturday, which would count for great exercise, but pulled a muscle in my upper quad. Not good.

It meant I had to miss practice, miss the gym, take transit to work instead of walking.

Yesterday I had lunch out with a client and last night was out for a couple of beers and pub grub with friends.

Not a good week!
