A Fabulous Afternoon in Trinity Bellwoods Park

This afternoon I headed over to Trinity Bellwoods park in our neighborhood to check out KC's tree and a charity craft beer garden for Horizons for Youth.

It was a beautiful hot sunny afternoon and there were not dozens, or hundreds, but likely a couple of thousand people spread through the park enjoying the day.

This seems to be a new trend. I have seen this in the park before. Tightrope walking.

The charity beer garden was in aid of Horizons for Youth,  A sharing and growing community where everyone has a home. Horizons for Youth shelters, prepares, and guides homeless and at-risk youth to be contributing community members. Tall Boys Craft Beer House put on the event and 100% of the proceeds went to Horizons for Youth

It was busy when I got there and and got busier as the afternoon rolled on.

It was very hot and some people opted for the shade. I sat in the sun at the only picnic bench in the place. This was the fifth year for the event and I would go again next year but would remember to bring my own chair.
