I was walking home today along Queen and just a few stores east of Bathurst I saw this plaque. I can't really say this is a historical plaque and have no idea why it was paced here. I did a search and came up with nothing. As I walked home I looked for more plaques but never noticed any more.It says:

Sounds to me like alcohol or drugs may have been involved.
Look at the bottom left of the Falafel Shop. That's where the plaque is. It couldn't be in a much more awkward spot.
