Caring for a Sprained Ankle - Update 1

I sprained my ankle on Wednesday afternoon  and here is my ankle three days later, almost to the hour!

The swelling has gone done but only by about half and it's still tender. It's too early to try any range of motion exercises, so I have it wrapped and will keep icing it and resting.

As the swelling is not going down as fast as I would like, I think I'll be making an appointment with Lauren, my favorite physiotherapist, for as soon as I can get one.

Until then, I'm glad there is bobsleigh, skeleton racing and football on, as the rest of my weekend will be spent on the couch.
