Hey! Not a bad week!

Down 2.4 pounds for the week. I'll take that anytime.

Really did nothing different. Just watched what I ate and kept active. A day of snowshoeing last Sunday likely helped.

So did the Diet Coke last night.

Anyways, I'm headed in the right direction, and hope to continue that way.
