The Drive for 205 - Week 4

This week I am back on track.

I had a fencing tournament on Saturday, two fencing practices, walked to work and home each day, and hit the gym last night.

Looking forward to some good numbers.

Off to the scales ...

Exercise in hours - 12

Starting Weight - 224
Last Week's Weight - 222.6
This Week's Weight - 220.9
Weekly Pounds Lost - 1.7
Total Weight Lost - 3.1
% Total Weight Lost - 1.4%

Not totally happy with this week's results as I was hoping for a three pound loss but at least my weight is heading in the right direction.
