26 By March 26 - Week 1

I could not believe it when I stepped on the scale this morning. I had hopes of being two, hey maybe even three pounds down. I was shocked!

Still exactly the same weight as last week.

Of course, when I analyze the past week, it kind of makes sense.

I dutifully weighed in last Friday morning, January 1. Then I proceeded to stay in holiday mode for the rest of Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Three more days of being bad.

That left only four days to repair the weekend's damage, plus try to lose weight. Maybe I should be grateful that I did not gain.

Next Friday, no excuses, for it's game on, from now on!
